School is No Picnic

I pretty much only blog nowadays when Taurus tell me to update the site. This is sad. I originally had high hopes that enrolling in grad school would free me up (somewhat) to post more frequently and share my experiences both as an MBA student and as a new resident of Austin, TX.

However, this has not been the case. In between a) training for the Marine Corps Marathon b) traveling to DC for a lawsuit deposition c) running DCKickball remotely d) entertaining Carrie on her trip down to Austin and d) getting crushed under the weight of McCombs, I have not only had little to no free time, my sleep schedule has been turned upside down. I vaciliate between 4 and 8 hours of sleep, depending on the day of the week and what assignment might be due. I am clearly adjusting poorly to the rigors of being a student again.

Anyway, I hope that things calm down once the kickball season is over (mid-October).
