106.7 FM from 10-noon M-F

I’m sitting in Tryst, and Darrel from the show happens to pop-in. Mind you, I have no clue what Darrel looks like except that he’s black. He starts chatting up a couple of guys, who ask him how it’s going. He’s says the “radio thing” is going well. The minute 106.7 pops out of his mouth, I clue in. I used to listen to TPRS back when they were on evenings during the weekday. Now, I catch the show sporadically when I’m driving around during the day.

Anyway, he seemed like a cool guy, and went to go sit down with some friends from the bar. I have to admit, I like my current gig, but getting paid to make banter on the radio a couple of hours a day sounds pretty nice.
